About John Schlarbaum John Schlarbaum was raised in the small town of West Lorne, Ontario. He began his professional writing career working as a Writer and Field Director for several nationally syndicated television programs. After a fifteen year career as a Private Investigator, he is now operating and is co-owner of the Page 233 Bookstore in Amherstburg, Ontario. He is also writing his next mystery novel.
